Traci joined the Support Team as a Support Specialist in March 1999. She holds both
Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and Public Housing Manager (PHM) certifications.
Traci has over 20 years of experience in the subsidized housing industry. She has
gained this experience as a tenant accountant/computer operator for Housing Data
Specialist, Inc. and as an Occupancy Specialist for the La Crosse County Housing
Authority.

housing authorities combined with her many years of customer service enables her to
provide you with exceptional support services.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, two basset
hounds, family, and friends. |
